Full Members

Full Members

Full Members of the DAISY Consortium are the foundation of our work, driving the strategic direction of the organization, and prioritizing DAISY activities for the highest impact. Full Members make extensive use of DAISY standards and tools and benefit from sharing the costs of technologies critical to their services. They are first to know the latest mainstream developments, have the inside track on tool innovations, and benefit from extensive networking and collaboration opportunities with the global DAISY community.

Full members are in a global leadership position, driving the global mission of accessible information. As part of the DAISY Consortium, we achieve so much more than as individual organizations.

Our founding articles require Full Members to be non-profit organizations that produce and/or distribute accessible media for people with print disabilities, or organizations for and of people with print disabilities.

Individual organizations can become Full Members or membership may be shared by a consortium of two or more organizations that represent a geographical region or language group. These organizations act and speak with one voice within the DAISY Consortium.
